Because our coffee is a perishable, food-grade product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This ensures that every customer receives coffee handled with the highest standards of quality and care.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerserv@nairobiharvest.com. Include your order number and a photo, and we will take care of you promptly.

While we are unable to accept returns on coffee, sale items, or gift cards, we are fully committed to making every experience right.
