At Nairobi Harvest, every order is handled with care to ensure your coffee arrives fresh, flavorful, and ready to enjoy.

Order Processing

Whole Bean Coffee: Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Ground Coffee: We grind your coffee fresh on the next business day after your order is placed, then ship within 24 hours to preserve peak flavor.

Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method, but most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your coffee every step of the way.

Delays or Issues
